These are our standard costs for items shipped within the Continental U.S. Additional charges for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will apply. Yes, we are able to ship to Canada. Once the checkout process has been completed and the total cost of the order, including shipping charges, has been determined the customer will receive an email stating the total amount due. The order will be held for 48 hours before being charged, giving you time to respond to our email. After 48 hours the order will be shipped to you via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail. The customer is responsible for all customs charges. Do you ship outside of the US and Canada? We are not able to accept credit card payments from customers placing orders from outside of the US and Canada. We require a certified bank check drawn on US Funds. The customer will be notified via email of the total charges for this order including shipping. The customer will be responsible for all customs charges. The order will be held until payment is received. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences that may occur because of this policy. When will my order be shipped? Items that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Out of stock and custom items can take longer to ship. We will send you an email or call you by phone, notifying you of the expected ship date of any out of stock or custom items ordered. What if I need expedited shipping? If you need to receive an item more quickly than the time required for standard ground shipping call us at 1-877-222-5517. We will calculate the extra costs involved for expedited shipping. How long will it take to get my products? This varies based on your location, product availability and shipping method. We are located in Central New York; it may take 5-7 days to reach distant parts of the country. Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes. If you would like to pay for an order by check or money order, you may do so by calling our store at 877-222-5517. Please have the item number and item description available when you call. How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an e-mail confirming shipment on the day your order is shipped. What should I do if my package arrives damaged? Inspect the package for damage before signing for delivery. Make note of all damages on the delivery receipt. If the merchandise within the package is damaged please refuse delivery and call us at 1-877-222-5517.
If you were unable to sign for the package at the time of delivery but discover it has arrived damaged, call us immediately at 1-877-222-5517. You should retain all original packaging materials until this matter is resolved.
