Return Policy You may return any item purchased at firstnationalgifts.com within 30 days of your dated receipt for a full refund of the merchandise value. Please note that special orders and sale or clearance cannot be returned for a refund or credit. What if I need to make a return? - Call 877-222-5517 to obtain a Return Authorization number from our Customer Service Department. You will be asked to write the RA # on the outside of the shipping carton you are returning to us. Returns will not be accepted without an RA #
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original merchandise tags attached. Please include a copy of the original receipt.
- All returned merchandise must be sent prepaid and insured. We cannot accept COD shipments. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for merchandise lost, stolen or damaged during the return process.
- Items returned to us after 30 days will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
What type of refund will I receive?
We will credit the credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for us to process your return. It may take more than one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. What if the item is damaged when I receive it? We do everything in our power to ensure the safe arrival of your packages but on occasion they are mishandled by the carrier. If the items you have ordered from us arrive at your location in a damaged condition we will do whatever is necessary to resolve the problem.
